In order to refund a student, just go to Manage -> My Balance. Once the transactions load up, you will see a Refund Charge button beside each transaction.
Once you click, a refund will be sent to your student along with a confirmation email. They will see it on their card statement within 5-10 business days.
If you need to refund multiple people at once, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: When you send a refund, stripe fees are not returned.
