What are programs?

This feature allows you to create one registration and login for multiple live classes; and have a central place to provide your students access to pdfs, videos, and audio. You can create once and reuse it as a template. This is great for challenges, series, workshops, and even full cycle Yoga Teacher trainings.

Why Programs & Benefits?

Programs were created with Jayla, our co-founder and yoga teacher attended a virtual yin yoga teacher training and experienced, as a student how fragmented the experience was. The course was great, but between zoom links, dropbox, youtube links, wetransfer, waivers electronic to sign and timezone changes in Canada that didn't happen in Portugal (missing some sessions without timezone detection), it was a lot of admin for her and her teacher.

We created programs to provide and easy seamless experience for your participants, and in turn, for you!

Benefits:

• Cloud Access to all live classes login, videos and pdfs.
• Automatic timezone detection for your participants.
• Automatic registration and access process.
• One click "Add To Calendar" for all live sessions.
• Unlimited live classes, videos and/or pdfs.
• Reuse your program as a template for future sessions without needing to upload again (just change the dates).
• A great way to provide unique offerings that mix live and on-demand.
• Can use for all live or all on-demand (evergreen).

Program Categories: There are 5 types of program you can categorize your next program. As more programs are added to each category , we will have dedicated pages to each category, for more exposure and promotion for you:

Categories are:

1. Series
2. Challenges
3. Workshop
4. Training (ei. YTT)
5. Retreats
6. Anything else that you'd like multi classes, videos and/or pdf access with one registration

Virtual or In Person

You have an option to select a physical location for any program, if you have an upcoming retreat you can add here so everything is in one central place. In person and virtual will be further categorized for discovery. Note, the transaction fee is the same for programs if in person or virtual.

Program Cost:

We only charge 5% for all programs with unlimited amount of classes, videos and resources uploaded! Note - unlike classes that are different % if private, in-person or virtual; all programs are 5%.
